Jungwon is a person who is known for keeping his promises. Thus far, he has never broken a promise he has made with Engenes. He enjoys engaging with fans, meeting fan requests, and interacting almost daily with Engenes on social media. He is usually the first to get up in the morning, and he helps wake up the rest of the members. He is often the last to shower after his members, and He will turn the shower tap to cold before he exits because his grandmother taught him that it would conserve the utility bills. Jungwon doesn’t usually play computer games, but he does occasionally play to get closer to the other members. Jungwon has a caring personality, and often brings things in his bag for the benefit of the other members. For example, he carried mosquito repellant for Sunghoon for a shoot because he knew Sunghoon was allergic to mosquito bites.

Heeseung is a perfectionist: “Some people think deeply about one thing, and others think about a lot of things.Along with Jungwon, he was considered as one of the candidates to become the leader of ENHYPEN. Heeseung decided to focus on his responsibilities as the eldest of the group. His favourite expression is “it’s no big deal.” He said, “whether I'm in a good or bad situation, if I say it to myself, it calms me down.” His favorite movie is Toy Story because the movie’s theme centers around memories, which he finds touching. The members voted Heeseung as the funniest member many times since he likes to crack jokes.

Jay considers himself one of the moodmakers of the group. He has a strong character and is confident according to Heeseung. Since he grew up abroad and has traveled extensively, he is open-minded. Jay is ambitious and knows what he wants. He appreciates the little moments. He values honesty among the members.

Among the members, Jake is the member who laughs the most and gives positive influence. Jungwon said that Jake gives him “positive energy and makes him feel at ease.” Sunoo considers Jake as a member he can go to for advise, and Jake listens to him. Ni-ki said he always gets energy from Jake’s smiley face. Known as the “Icon of Growth,” Jake is always working hard to improve himself. He once said, “I want to be known as an artist that always had and succeed at bigger goals.”

The members describe Sunghoon as someone who persistently works hard, is very self-disciplined, and keeps to whatever he sets his mind on. Even when things are tough, he pushes himself with unyielding passion if he deems he has to do it. Sunghoon is very observant and shows his love by noticing and remembering small things people around him say or do. Even though Sunghoon can be more quiet around strangers, he is very outgoing when he is with people he is close with. Sunghoon tells dad jokes often, and he has a personality that laughs easily. His Enneagram Type is 6. The other members voted him as the person most willing to take their own loss for the success of the team. He doesn’t shy away from stepping out of his comfort zone or facing new challenges in order to broaden his knowledge and skill set.

Sunoo’s life motto is “Live everyday happily.” He describes himself as someone who is “bright and energetic.” He is an animated story-teller, and he often uses sound effects and his hands to emphasize his points. Fans considered his duality as one of his charm points. He is also praised widely for his aegyo. Sunoo is empathetic and cares for others, and Jay once describes him as “a friend who does things for him without ever complaining.” He is a positive thinker that is rooted in reality. Sunoo considers himself a careful decision maker. He is the type of person that never gives up when he has a goal in mind.

Ni-ki is charismatic on stage and playful off stage. He is the maknae who loves to tease and play pranks on his hyungs, but he is also very warm and caring towards his members. His love language to the members is giving his attention and spending time with them. Ni-ki is known to be very engaging with fans during performances and concerts. He loves to make eye contact and give attention to as many fans as he can during shows. He often jokes around, but can also be very serious when it comes time to practice or perform.
